$3.3M for Summit Microelectronics

Sunnyvale, CA-based Summit Microelectronics has collected $3.3 million in a round of equity-based financing that could top out at $5 million, according to a regulatory filing. The company makes battery chargers, power supplies, and other power management devices. Past investors include August Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark Capital, Hotung Capital Management, Nokia Growth Partners, and Norwest Venture Partners.
