Zozi Packs an Additional $7M

Zozi, the San Francisco startup that offers daily deals on unusual travel experiences (such as a deal today on fly fishing classes at Lake Tahoe), said it has raised $7 million in a Series B financing round. Launch Capital, 500 Startups, ZIG Capital, Thomas and Peter Lehrman, David Tisch, the Pritzker/Vlock Family Office, and other investors participated in the round. “The funding will enable us to expand Zozi into dozens of new cities in the U.S. and abroad, accelerate our already rapid pace of customer acquisition, and allow us to continue to attract top talent to strengthen our position as the leader in the experience market,” said Zozi CEO and founder T.J. Sassani in a statement.
