$11.2M for Samplify

Santa Clara, CA-based Samplify, which makes signal processing systems for makers of medical and scientific equipment, said yesterday that it had raised $11.2 million in a Series B financing round joined by Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDTI), Charles River Ventures, Formative Ventures, and Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB). Schlumberger software governance manager Ginger Hildebrand is joining Samplify’s board.
