A total of 37 as-yet-unidentified investors contributed to the round, according to the filing. Led my Magellan search engine co-founder and former Critical Path CEO David Hayden, the startup is developing a free voice messaging service—described as “Twitter for the keyboard-averse”—that works on the Web, iPhones, and Android phones.
