Cirtas Decloaks, Collects $10M

San Jose, CA-based Cirtas Systems, which makes storage appliances that seamlessly link on-site enterprise storage servers to cloud storage services, emerged from stealth mode today and said it has collected $10 million in Series A venture financing. New Enterprise Associates, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Amazon provided the funding. The company’s $70,000 BlueJet Cloud Storage Controller appliances allow companies to access and manage cloud storage resources from companies like Amazon and Iron Mountain as if they were part of a local enterprise storage array.
