Although Zynga is a fun site, it is highly targeted by hackers. Be careful when you “buy” poker chips. Teh Zynga platform is not secure as they wnat you to believe.
When you notify Zynga that you chips have been stolen, first you won’t be able to talk to a customer service rep as all the communication is via email. They have the means to investigate the hack transaction however they may or may not replace your chips. All the responses are form letters, Such as “due to the high speed in which your chips were…” And they tend to tell you reather quicklu that we will consider this matter settled, leaving the consumer the option to quit playing or buy more chips (at Zynga’s advangtage) thus they are making money hand over foot at the consumers misfortune and taking advantage of the hackers criminal activity. So why should they be concerned about replacing your chips? They are literally making money from both ends of the spectrum. I’ve saved all the Zynga communication from every hack and I plan on filing a class-action law suit as Zynga is negligent through their inadequate gaming platform and I’m not so sure they aren’t the culprit. Oh, BTW the latest hack was a 190 million chips.

in 2009 I got hacked for 1.2B chips and again for 1.4B chips later in that same year. I sent over 20 emails to zynga and they did absolutely nothing. While filled out all their forms I never received a response Except that they were closing my account bc of “funky” activity suggesting I lost my chips on purpose in order to give them away. So I not only lost 2.6B in chips they accused me of viloating their policy and closed my account.

today Under a new account I was hacked again for 1.6B chips. In short Zynga is rife with mismanagement and terrible customer service. They simple do not give a da mn about their customers.

Based on my prior post above I am going to file a small claims case against them for $3500. If all of you zynga users who have been mistreated and abused by zynga would do the same thing it would put tremendous pressure on them and yo don’t have to wait to be part of a class action lawsuit.

They deserve what they get and more for the abuse of their paying customers

Lee you might want to file an online complaint claim with the BBB. Each time Zynga’s customer service advocates refuse to give me my chips back this seems to work. My account has been hacked/compromised at least eight time and of those eight Zynga refused to reinstate my chips three of those times. However after I filed the compliant the chips were reinstated. This latest claim they actually called me on the phone.
