Encinitas, CA-based Verve Wireless today named former ExtendMedia chief Tom MacIsaac as its new CEO. Tom, who will be based in Verve’s new office in the Washington, D.C. area, will focus on expanding Verve’s local mobile monetization platform and growing Verve’s premium local mobile display ad network.
