They’re the New York expats, and to many in the New York life sciences scene, they’re seen as key to the area’s ambitions to nurture and grow its biotech sector—if they’ll only come back and lead companies in the Big Apple.
For one evening, Xconomy is going to make that happen. We are bringing together a few biopharma leaders who are ex-New Yorkers to lead a unique, candid discussion with the local biotech community. Why did they leave New York? What do they make of their former home from afar? And what would entice them, and others like them, to take a shot on a New York company?
