Nobel Laureate David Baltimore. Microbiome AND supercomputer pioneer Larry Smarr. Intellectual Ventures’ Nathan Myhrvold. Nicole Glaros of Techstars.
These are just a few of the visionary speakers who will be headlining Xconomy’s sixth annual Napa Summit. And if you act fast to request your invitation to this special event, you can join them and an elite group of other innovators, investors, serial entrepreneurs, and technologists for this unique, conversational conference in the heart of California’s wine country.
Our most exclusive conference, formally called The Napa Summit: The Xconomy Retreat on Technology, Jobs, and Growth, is limited to no more than 100 guests. To request your invite, visit our event site here, or email us at [email protected] with your name, job title, company affiliation, and bio.
It all begins the evening of Thursday, June 8, with a wine reception and dinner at Brix Restaurant & Gardens in Yountville, CA. The summit itself will take place the next day, June 9, at the nearby Villagio Inn & Spa.
We are still filling in the agenda, but we are well along with an incredible group of speakers. Among those joining the four mentioned above will be Manoj Saxena, who ran IBM Watson in its early days; Head of Johnson & Johnson’s JLABS Melinda Richter; Venky Ganesan of Menlo Ventures, chair of the National Venture Capital Association; Cynthia Wright, Principal Cybersecurity Engineer, MITRE Corporation, and Alexander Schuth, co-founder of Denali Therapeutics. View our full list of speakers here.
The day will be fast-paced and interactive, with plenty of time for questions and networking. As always, we will feature a mix of plenary talks, chats, and small panels, along with special deep-dive sessions on key subjects such as cybersecurity, education, and autonomous vehicles. We’re also working on some fun diversions. Previous years included rides in a 3D printed car, test driving Teslas, and a drone demo. And this year, we will close the event with a special wine reception and tasting.
Again, to request your invitation to this intimate and interdisciplinary summit please visit our Napa Summit site or write to us, telling us a bit about yourself and what you do, at [email protected]
We hope to see you there!
