LiquidPiston Soaks Up $5M

LiquidPiston, a Blooomfield, CT-based engine developer, announced today that it has raised $5 million in a Series B round of funding. The money comes from Northwater Capital and Adams Capital Management, and a group of angel investors it did not name. LiquidPiston is developing what it says is the first naturally aspirated (an internal combustion engine that is not turbocharged or supercharged) rotary engine to run on both gasoline and diesel fuels.
