Richard Noffsinger
Richard Noffsinger has 20 years of information technology and healthcare experience. Since 2007, he has been chief executive officer of Anvita Health, a healthcare analytics company. He previously served as president and COO of Amicore, a health IT company jointly founded by Microsoft, IBM, and Pfizer to serve physicians and clinical management. Noffsinger also served as group industry manager, worldwide healthcare market for Microsoft, where he led the company's business development team in healthcare. He received a bachelor's in Business Administration from The University of Washington in Seattle.
