Cheryl Ingram, PhD, is the CEO and founder of Diverse City LLC, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm specializing in creating sustainable and equitable diversity and inclusion practices, policies, and strategies for organizations across the United States. Her clients currently include Families and Youth Incorporated (Las Cruces, NM), University of Washington, Highline Public Schools, and Ada Developers Academy. She is a native of Omaha, NE where she was born and raised. She has been training and coaching in the area of multicultural studies for 15 years. Cheryl has a Doctorate of Education with a specialization in multicultural studies, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Cheryl has also been a professor of multicultural studies for eight years and currently teaches courses at Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, WA. Cheryl has many passions related to social justice and equity. One of her passions is serving on the Board of Directors for Un-loop a national technical training program that addresses recidivism in prisons throughout Washington state.
